Acted for the Thai production company delivering services on Lollipop Racing, a teaser film with a THB 10 million budget tied to a major international television series, with David Ayer attached as executive producer and Marisha Mukerjee as showrunner. Structured the production services agreement with the US crew and protected payment, IP, and liability positions.
Advised the Thai production company providing full film services to the US team behind the feature film Contra, a THB 20 million cross-border production. Drafted and negotiated the production services agreement, structured payment and milestone protections, and advised on IP, chain-of-title, and regulatory workstreams.
Structured and negotiated a THB 170 million introduction agreement connecting an introducing party to an incoming investor for the acquisition of shares in a fintech company with asset value of THB 500 million. Drafted the finder's fee and commission structure, built exclusivity, non-circumvention, and confidentiality safeguards, and shaped payment triggers aligned to closing.
